1. Passport of the Guarantor/Pledgor, TIN, information on registration and actual residence;

2. A patent or certificate of state registration (re-registration) of an individual engaged in entrepreneurial activity for 6-12 months in the form of an electronic document through the Tunduk Interdepartmental Electronic Interaction System;

3. Other business documents, documents confirming income

4. Copies of documents confirming the fact of the borrower’s employment in the specified field.

5. Information on actual residence and family composition from the automated information service “Sanarip aimak” (public services center);

6. A copy of the marriage certificate or divorce certificate of the Borrower, Guarantor, Pledger;

7. Title and certifying documents for the collateral property.

8. Certificate of absence of prohibitions and restrictions on the proposed collateral.

9. If necessary, the Bank may request other additional documents.
