A graduate of Beijing Language and Culture University, he has over 13 years of professional experience in the banking sector, focusing on risk management, corporate finance, and loan process development in international banking institutions.

He began and developed his career at the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, one of the world's largest banks and one of China's Big Four banks, where he worked in offices in Beijing, Shanghai, and Hangzhou. He subsequently continued his professional career at ICBC's Almaty branch in Kazakhstan, where he contributed to the development of corporate banking operations and risk functions at the regional level.

During his professional career, he held leadership positions in key functional areas, including risk management and corporate finance:

• Head of the Financial Institutions Risk Management Department of the Risk Management Department;
• Director of the Risk Management Department;
• Deputy Director of the Corporate Finance Department.

He has significant practical experience in corporate and retail lending, structuring loan transactions, and building and improving risk management systems in banking organizations. He has experience implementing risk-based approaches in lending processes and strengthening loan portfolio controls.

On October 27, 2025, the general meeting of the Board of Directors elected him to the position of Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Alma Finance Bank CJSC.

He speaks Chinese, Russian, Kazakh, Kyrgyz and English.

He graduated from the Kyrgyz National University named after Zhusup Balasagyn with a degree in Finance and Credit.

He has extensive experience in the banking, financial, and public sectors. He began his career at AKB Tolubay Bank, where he successively held the positions of accountant and credit economist.

He subsequently held senior positions in financial institutions, including:

manager of the Kara-Balta branch of "EnergoBank" OJSC;

management positions at Finans Kredit Bank.

He has experience in the public sector, serving as an advisor to the minister and head of the department at the Ministry of Economy of the Kyrgyz Republic, where he oversaw the regulation and development of entrepreneurial activity.

Since 2015, he has been a member of the Management Board and the Board of Directors of Alma Credit MFC CJSC, holding key management positions, including Chairman of the Management Board and Chairman of the Board of Directors, ensuring the strategic development and sustainable growth of the company.

On January 15, 2026, he was elected Deputy Chairman of the Bank’s Management Board.

He is fluent in Kyrgyz and Russian.

An expert in the field of information technology and information security with over 25 years of experience in the government, industrial and financial sectors.

He holds a Master's degree from the National Research Nuclear University (Moscow, Russia).

During his career, he rose through the ranks from engineering to IT management in the banking sector. He has experience building and developing IT infrastructure, implementing corporate information systems, and ensuring the stable operation of critical services.

He worked in government agencies, industry and the transport sector, including the Osh Regional Statistics Committee, TNK Dastan OJSC and the branch of the State Enterprise NK Kyrgyz Temir Zholu - Information and Computing Support, where he participated in the development and maintenance of various information systems.

He participated in international GTAC/GSAC projects supported by the World Bank, and also worked at the State Info-System under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic.

He held leadership positions in the banking sector, including as Information Technology Manager at the Bishkek branch of the National Bank of Pakistan, where he was responsible for developing the IT infrastructure and ensuring the smooth operation of banking systems. He also held senior positions at Eurasian Savings Bank and Amanbank, overseeing digital transformation and information systems development.

Since 2025, he has been a Member of the Management Board and Director of the IT Department of Alma Finance Bank. He is responsible for developing and implementing the bank's IT strategy, developing its digital architecture, implementing modern technological solutions, and ensuring cybersecurity in accordance with international standards.

She graduated from the International Academy of Management, Law, Finance and Business, specializing in Finance and Credit.

She has extensive experience in the banking and financial sector, covering key areas of accounting, financial reporting, and control. She began her career at RSK Bank, where she rose through the ranks from an accounting specialist to an expert in accounting and corporate client support, including work in the control group of the Accounting and Reporting Department.

She subsequently held leadership positions including:

Chief accountant of the Kant branch of RSK Bank OJSC;

Chief accountant of the Issyk-Kul branch of RSK Bank OJSC.

She has successful experience at the top management level - she held the position of Member of the Management Board / Chief Accountant at the Center for Project Financing of Regional Development, where she ensured the construction of an effective accounting and financial reporting system.

Since 2020, she has been a member of the Management Board of Alma Credit CJSC as a Member of the Management Board/Chief Accountant, ensuring the financial stability and transparency of the company's activities.

Since January 15, 2026, she has held the position of Member of the Management Board / Chief Accountant of Alma Finance Bank CJSC.

She possesses deep professional expertise in accounting, financial reporting, internal control, and regulatory compliance. She is distinguished by her high level of precision, systematic approach, and practical experience in managing financial functions at the level of financial institutions.
